Because all physical books are printed on demand, meaning they go into production when you order, and ebooks are delivered immediately, we do not accept cancellations, returns or process refunds. All sales are final.
Damages and issues on physical goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get back to me within 14 days of receiving your order, so that I can contact the printer.

When you purchase goods from our site camillavavruch.com, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Digital goods (Ebooks and AudioBooks) are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
- Some items – cards and bookplates, are shipped directly by me through regular mail.
- Print books are delivered by shipping. Print books are shipped by Lulu, BookVault, or similar printer. Print time is usually 3-5 business days. After books are printed, they are shipped directly to you. Average shipping times are 7-9 business days.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person if inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
Please note – as print books are printed and shipped directly by a printer, I’m unable to sign them.
